Set on appropriately five acres, this classic farmhouse is surrounded by well-established gardens and large grass areas provides an of exclusive and peaceful retreat on the Mornington Peninsula.
Designed by Architect Robert Simeoni and Laurie Anderson the brief was to expand the living areas, improve functionality, take advantage of the stunning views and better utilise unused spaces in existing floor plans.
This extension had to combine modern and period details to this exquisitely positioned family farmhouse.
This stunning tranquil country retreat now boasts a large north/west facing kitchen, dining and living area, opening up to a deck and large undercover sitting area, a formal sitting room, library, five bedrooms, three ensuites, one bathrooms, one powder room and a laundry.
One of our favourite features is the newly created master bedroom, which was built into the existing roof space, incorporating a large open plan ensuite with a freestanding bath and built in wardrobes and storage areas, while taking advantage of the stunning views from the second level.
